Ally's Herby Roast Potatoes
Perfect for sharing......or as an indulgent treat!
For a super quick snack, tumble a load of par boiled new potatoes in a little olive oil, crushed garlic, Nature Kitchen Herb Salt and a pinch of cracked black pepper, then roast in a hot oven until crispy and golden brown. Serve in a large bowl with wedges of lime and a big dollop of sour cream.
