Hot Paprika (Deggi Mirch) – Mild Heat Spanish Paprika
This popular spice comes from freshly dried and ground peppers. It has a mild heat and a rich, well-rounded flavour. Used liberally in European cooking and in Indian recipes for rich red gravies. Also excellent as a colourful garnish on rice, egg, cheese, and salad dishes.
Simple Popular Marinade
1 tbsp Hot Paprika Powder
1 tsp ground black pepper
2 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp salt
A good glug of olive oil
Mix together to make a paste. Marinate meat or soya protein mince until ready to cook.
