Ya Salam! The Turkish All Purpose Seasoning
Turkish Hot! Pot for Four
Hot and Spicy Turkish dish
2 tablespoons of honey
1 tablespoon of Ya Salam
Thick cut root vegetables of your choice.
Red Meat of your choice or no meat if veggie option is preferred
1/2 a bottle of red wine
1 table spoon cooking oil
Place all ingredients into a pre-heated slow cooker
Leave on low for 2-4 hours.... 4 hours is better if using meat
Make fresh cous cous adding dried peppers and Himalayan Herb Salt to season.
I recommend homemade coleslaw and lemon pepper rice
